Great atmosphere and fun drinks. Bartenders are slow, have no personalities, and are not attentive unlike any other Jimmy Buffett restaurant or bar on other properties.
Happy hour is great and the bartenders were very friendly . I saw a post saying they were rude. I didn’t experience this.

Drinks are good. Had a watermelon margarita . The male bartenders were not friendly and the customer service sucks. Get your drink and leave is the plan there.
Slow service. Understaffed.

Great stay ... Resorts needs some updating and geared more towards an older crowd but the rooms on floor 47 are excellent, spacious and clean. Bathroom is huge and nice. Overall great stay for the $. - Jess Schuster
