One of my favourite Japanese restaurants in the NW. Great sushi and udon as well as teppanyaki grill. Service is always amazing and they do custom orders without extra charge.
If you like nigiri sushi , and live close around, then look no further. This is THE place. Best value ever. Their tuna , salmon , and ebi is extra fresh.
Best quality for the price. They cut salmon a little differently, and my friend said it was better that way, but I didn't really care for it. Would recommend.

Pretty good food, salsa roll is especially tasty Plus they have a 15% off opening special not sure when it ends though.
Horrible experience at Taiyo. We were seated before a table of eight and order way before this table, however they received all their food before us. Waited over 1/2 hour and walked out, never again!
Happy Hour starts at 9pm, so it's great for cheap late night sushi. Love Boat gives a good selection of both sushi and sashimi. - Wasim Hossain
