Very good traditional braised duck . The duck wing is awesome, chili sauce is a must!
My try! Sauce is delicious (might be a tad salty for some) and the meat goes well with their home-made chilli .
The gravy is so gd that it can b eaten w the rice can be eaten w/o the meat!
Not a bad choice if you r craving for some teochew braised duck at this hawker centre which is popular for its Indian fare.
The birds are served with a fragrant dark-brown sauce and a plate of chilli with vinegar to perk up the dish – as if it needed it.
