Great fruit and veg , and - if you look up - some really interesting foods on the upper shelves that you won't find in other stores.
Lots of local and fresh produce . More expensive than most places around but in my opinion very much worth it. Try the wild blue berries in august!

Disagree with the last tip. Very fresh and mostly Canadian produce. Everything else is overpriced though.
