The lady in the front is bat sh*& crazy. There is a plunger sitting in the hall way. The air condition is full of dog hair.
This place is quaint affordable and close to everything we want to do in gatlinburg
Horrible! Room is tiny... not what's advertised. Smells horrible in the common areas and elevator . Room was filthy. Checked out 4 days early and moved to different hotel ..was that bad. Don't go.
Awful. The woman at the front desk is VERY rude. Elevator smells terrible, the carpet is sticky, there was a dog barking all night, a filthy plunger in the hallway & dead roaches in the bathroom .
