Beautifully presented and wonderful flavours in their 6-course degustation lunch menu ($158). Only petit fours were a let-down compared to the rest of the meal. Only UK cheeses available but all good.
Make a reservation months in advance to secure best table in house (far right by window). Incredibly romantic . Food here comparable to top French Parisian restaurants . Wine pairing & prestige menu: 5*
Epic dinning experience. Bring the best out of all ingredients, perfectly cooked and balance all the flavor. Service is more than expectation. Accommodating all your needs and special requirements
Great city view and delicious food. Favourite course for me was probably the cheese . The presentation and taste of each of the courses is unique and amazing.
Delicious and beautifully prepared dishes. We also had an amazing view over Singapore. It’s the perfect start or end dinner of your visit.
Definitely go for the secret 10-course menu - it's beautiful. Incredible experience, the most amazing service I'm ever encountered, stunning views from the 70th floor .
Special place for special occasion . Recommended try 10 courses signature. They also adjusted for my dietary preferences. Appreciate that
Jaan was awarded a Michelin Star in The Michelin Guide Singapore 2016.
The dishes are fancy but a lot of misses. Just when I thought it's a failed dining experience, there came the asparagus dish with beautiful sake pairing and the pigeon was beautifully made.
Came here on a special occasion with my S/O. The food was great and too much for me to finish, overall a memorable evening for us
The amouse bouche of beetroot meringue , smoke eel , devonshire cheddar cheese , buckwheat pancake , fish & chips and homemade mini duck sausage roll were excellent!
Food as an art form, exceptional service , best view in town . Astonishing experience!
Sky high dining usually means subpar food. Not here. Been coming here since Andre Chiang's era and it's still extremely good. Worthy of 2 Michy stars.
Very nice courses, unbelievable views and surprisingly good service .
Fine Dining . Rose Wine . Red Wine . Mushroom Soup . Chocolate Dessert . Foie Grass. Scallops .
Fine dining in the sky. Good food, service, ambiance and breathtaking view . Perfect for the romantic dinner or special occasions .
delicious food, super posh - a wonderful gastronomic experience; I would come here some Christmases or birthdays, but probably not everyday, or even weekly

Was at Jaan last night and I am impressed.... the chef is so young but the innovation he has used to bring the taste out of his presentations is amazing.... Worth the time spent....
Book in advance and ask for the table at the right end side of the dining room for the best views of Marina Bay .
Perfection. Some of the best food the city has to offer
Superb!!! Vegetarian Menu was incredible!! Staff is great, and Chef is so nice!!
Great presentations and flavours. A bit repetitive on foam and cream elements.
Best view in Singapore. The lunch menu is good value considering the high standard of food and service.
Krug Ambassade and a very worthy Champagne selection .
Excellent ambience. Food quality remained consistent even after multiple visits!
Amazing food and nice touch of the Chef to talk with us in our table
Super service, food is delicious and of course view !!!
The food was delightful; the choco-nut dessert that had a layer of caramel & nuts . Service however was brutish, in-your-face "fine-dining" (the waiter kicked my colleague's bag & didn't apologize)

The 3 course set lunch at $52 is totally worth it.
Get the aged egg appetizer
Make sure to ask for a Window seat . The 3 course set vegetarian menu is totally out of these world but whatever you do DON'T fall for the offer for mineral water! It's criminally expensive ! :-(
Make sure you grab a table near the windows for a birds eye view of Singapore from 70th floor . Book several days in advance.
Egg in an egg ....
7-course menu. Very good!
