This place rules. Bare-bones, no-bullshit, and an awesome set of horns on the wall. I got the best bacon of my life here, real thick-cut.

Where I went for meat: they had the whole baby lamb for Easter, the tripe that my father loved, and chicken necks for soup (the boiled necks were delicious to nibble on with some salt).

Have them run your steaks through "the machine" and you will save a ton of time marinating. Minute steaks and fresh cut bacon are killer. Dried sausages are my weakness - go spicy .

Best choice cuts also their house marinade for meat is awesome!
