Excellent scallops , the lobster looked good too. Friendly service . Franciacorta rather than Proseco made a welcome change. An excellent lunch in a setting reminiscent of a Florentine palazo
I found this place after a search on gluten-free-friendly Italian restaurants in Edinburgh. I was pleasantly surprised by the selection and quality of everything I tried for dinner . I'll be back!
Authentic Italian food in a beautifully atmospheric old bank . A great place for lunch with good wine list and simple, delicious food from top quality ingredients.
I visited the restaurant last year and it was great .. this is my 2nd visit but unfortunately its not like before and some dishes served cold
Wonderful delicious food unpretentious friendly and helpful staff and reasonable prices. Ask the sommelier to make a recommendation and they'll bring you some samples.

Both the veal and lasagne were lovely. Baby spinach side was especially delicious!
The sogliola was described by my partner as the best she's ever eaten. I myself tried the contadino????10/10 would recommend.

On the rare sunny days we get this is the perfect place to sit your self down at one of their on-street tables and order fresh fish or salad

The Americano is actually rocketfuel masquerading as coffee , it'll supercharge you even on your most sluggish of mornings!
Pretty much worst Italian ever. Calamari , seafood selection were terrible and even after we complained a out the lentil soup there was no action taken. Avoid this overpriced joint!
