Pomegranate infusion drinks at Cibolo Moon are amazing if you like sweet. The raspberry margarita with habenero infusion is good, but what a burn! Buffet is great.

Banana pudding is even better than Catherine implies, "brulee'd" sliced banana and house-made vanilla wafers included. Bison meatloaf is mouth-watering and beautifully stacked.
