The 4th floor in the West Tower is a group study zone where talking is permitted. Individual study rooms can be checked out for two hours at a time. Small conference rooms with various media equipment are also available where you can make Skype calls or practice video presentations.

IU is one of best universties that really cares about its students. And Wells Library is the proof.
Second floor undergrad side by the windows is the best place to sit. Here you can tell time passes. Anywhere else above that floor there are no windows. U can be there for days and not realize it!
The 2nd floor of the East Tower is a great place to study . They have outlets available!
Bring a power strip with you when it's packed and you won't have to wander everywhere for an outlet. Sharing is caring!
