A friendly snack bar/pub, not a restaurant . Far away from the tourist zones. Cheap , good, nice service. Close to a nice windmill , that gives the name.
First experience of “witte chocolade” which is a delicious milk/coffee hot drink served with a small piece of cake ...... loved it
