It's a small operation but the food, ambience and service are fantastic. They take their time to let you experience each course, so build in some time to enjoy it.

Absolutely fantastic and authentic experience. You won’t have a dining experience like this, I couldn’t recommend it it enough.
There is no doubt the chef is talented. The vibe of the space is sparse, the wait is long for small courses, and then menu is expensive for cash-only. This is all fixable. Menu is quite interesting.
