Beautiful space. Almost all the seats in the house are good and the sound is ask around pretty good. However, check before hand if it's a cash bar !!!
Awesome intimate venue , not a bad seat in the house and the acoustics are excellent

Balcony seats are better then the first level. Better vantage point and still pretty close
Merchandise is located on the second floor. It doesn't make any sense and robs bands of much needed foot traffic and sales.
