Crowne Plaza Louisville Airport Expo Ctr

The hotel has been updated and book on one of those hot web wired ;-) internet sites you can get a good deal . Internet speed was intermittent. seems under-powered for size of hotel .

I'm usually really picky but these rooms were great for the price! however, there is somehow a dog show and prop convention taking place at the same time.. lol

Always something going on here. The hallway on floor 8 smells of mold from a storm a few years ago. They keep it clean and the staff arenice

They have a shuttle but if there are ppl waiting to go to the airport they will take then before they go to the convention center no matter how much stuff you are carrying

Here for a conference , then stuck during Snowmageddon 2. Staff were very accommodating & friendly .

great hotel with new rooms and updated look. Blue Horse Bar • Cafe • Terrace is located inside the hotel and has great food and drinks!

Blue horse breakfast Buffett is a great deal for $14.99. Chicken wings and ky hot brown is very good!

If you're a lite sleeper due to light, you may want to rethink this hotel . The rooms have permanent night-lights with no option to turn them off.

Pretty sure there is something in the wall taking a shower directly behind the hotel art .

The location was very convenient. The 5th floor smelled like pizza and vomit. The carpets were old and had big spots on them. Needs freshening up.

This is a beautiful hotel !

Try to avoid a room with a "view " of the highway. Very noisy trucks with inability to downshift properly wakes you up often.

Quite possibly the worst hotel experience I've ever had. They lost my reservation , customer service didn't care, interrupted by room service 3 times in 30 mins and then locked out of my room!

Internet access here is free but SLOW!

Worst Crowne Plaza ever, HBO blocked to entire hotel b/c 100s of kids staying and stomping all night. Dogs barking, and the curtain fell.

No light in entry way of room. And shutters for window covers no natural light or free show for everybody walking by.

First impression no luggage carts and bellman . We finally got everything unloaded one trip at a time. Took 35 minutes. And still no sign of anything.
