Best feature is the complimentary Clarins facial . Book immediately as you check in. Good wine selection but the rest is just average as air lounges go.

Take a shower and enjoy the food, it might get crowded with cross pacific flight near midnight. I never get the Wi-Fi SSID on my phone for some reason, but the overall experience is great!

I have so many memories in this lounge . Back to Paris , when working with L Oreal I was here every 3 months. Whether good or bad meetings, always a welcome break with a glass of ???? or???? and good food

Come hungry! The food really is exceptional as lounges go — in fact this Air France lounge has better food than their lounges in France.

New lounge opened in december 2014. It's really nice now, food is great and they have a free facial . Great magazines, they're is an international edition of new york times.

The best VIP lounge I have been in by far. They have actual food that is very good.

The 20 min complimentary Clarins facial is a MUST.

Try the croissant ! It’s buttery and flakey and a bit warm when I got one, so good!

If you are traveling overnight, you can have your meal before your departure, so u can sleep during the flight

They let in Priority Pass holders from 06:00 - 13:30 and 23:00 - 01:15 only.

Spacious and clean , but relatively disappointing array of drinks & food (at least in the morning), with a dysfunctional espresso machine.

They have everything you need here to make the cognac version of the French 75. Do it!

Decent place to lounge (use wifi )! The food selection is very limited and Cup Noodles was not what I expected to see as a selection. Drink array was okay. Espresso machine in 1st floor ????.

Couscous salad is amazing! Good wine selection . Nothing fancy but nice place to get away from hassle of JFK

I am rather surprised with their food and beverage offerings given this is Air France but now it is utilized by a number of airlines and maybe they are just providing middle of road service

If you're hungry and you like soup , don't skip their Carrot Ginger bisque. Tres delicious!

Really good wine and champagne selection . They actually have a Port wine !

The announcements are very often only in French.

Awful. If you have Priority Pass and arrive after 5pm they won't let you in due to having the upper section closed and reserved the remaining spaces for first class . Super rude attitude.

Nonexistent food selection I the morning. Ugly view of construction out the window. Have I reached peak snobbery by leaving this review? Probably.

Freshly renovated. Well improved catering . One more reason to fly Air France to Paris .

No food in here besides crackers , chips , apples and bananas . Thanks for the drinks, at least something!:)

This place is no longer the same since they reserved the first floor to business class . The worse decision ever.

Food choice is decent but very limited . Note that upstairs are restricted to Air France first/business. Wifi can be quite unstable.
