Hamilton is absolutely incredible even from the last row in the house. Unmissable.
The bathroom situation here is absolutely ridiculous. One women's bathroom for the entire theatre . Make sure to go before you come to the show!
Know what a coach class airline seat feels like? The seats here feel exactly the same way. Good luck If you’re tall. Only one set of men’s and women’s bathrooms in the basement , so go before the show!
The theater itself has an amazing and long history but logistically getting a 1300 seat house in and out and to the restrooms can be challenging, especially when you're walking on crutches like I was
The front mezz is a great place to sit if you can't get orchestra seats . If you're in the orchestra above row J, the incline is pretty steep, so you can see well .
If/Then is a must-see for anyone, especially for young adults just moving to a big city , getting a new job, going into new relationships. It's about the "what ifs" and "what might have beens".
A nice sized theater where every seat has a decent view of the stage. Front row involved a bit of neck craning, but I'll take a little discomfort in exchange for some Hamilton :).
HAMILTON-Phenomenally excellent energizing brilliant storytelling, singing, rapping, lighting, and street smart choreographic excitement wrapped around a moving historical tale of allegorical magic!
small theatre and can get a bit cramped during peak arrivals and departures. get the box seats for the personal space and view bird’s eye view of entire theatre .
If you cut your legs you might feel comfortable at this thester. Other than that, "if/then" is a great play. Idina Manzel sings beautifully in a brilliant history of odds and "what ifs".
Great show but seating a bit tight in an older theater . But no one goes to Broadway for that / the show was phenomenal!
To get ahead in intermission bathroom lines , “Women”: go to Exit 5 Mid-Theater, “Men”: Exit 7 Mid-Theater. The lines get directed through the wings and back into the theater through those exits,
Be prepared for a theatre overwhelmed by Hamilton success that it can't quite fit everyone in the lobby. Long bathroom , bar and merch queues
Romeo & Juliet w/Orlando Bloom = fantastic. A superb cast and just a great take/direction. Also, the Pirates of the Caribbean films clearly helped someone prepare for the knife fighting as Romeo...
Saw Hamilton here and it was fantastic. The seats are very small and there is virtually no leg room between the seats. Overall good experience, however.
A new, genuine, beautiful musical . It wouldn't matter if Idina Menzel , Anthony Rapp and LaChanze were in it, the show would be really good. But with them it's fantastic.
Hamilton in previews. Opening August 6. Great show - fab music , dialogue, choreography and costumes BUT 30 mins too long.
Even at the nose bleed section, the viewing experience was fantastic. I couldn't expect anything more except that the men's restrooms were situated all the way at the bottom.
Agree w/other 4sq post that orchestra seats are more like mezzanine, which would be fine except for the partially obstructed view of the main stage, preventing us from seeing char. on elevated set
Theatre is beautiful & a great place to catch a Broadway show! Loved it!
Ladies, make sure if you're in the orchestra, you walk to the left to head to the bathrooms . Kind of a nightmare at intermission.

Due to it being one of the oldest and smallest Broadway theaters , there really is no bad seat. Mezzanine seating is the best here.
It had a slightly complex plot, yet I truly enjoyed it. Amazed by the performances and the true talent on that stage.
Gorgeous venue ! Only one bathroom so be sure to go before or HOLD IT!
If/Then started performances at the Richard Rodgers. Always check if we have it on the board at TKTS before heading to the box office . We're only a block away!
Alexander hamilton on Broadway! It's fantastic. Plus, you can easily wait for autographs right near the main entrance.
Steep incline means great views everywhere.
Great theater , maybe needs some renovations and new seats, but that won't happen for a long time because of Hamilton .
This is far and away the greatest show I've ever seen. 5stars for Hamilton !
Hamilton is the best performance of anything, ever
The theatre is very musty -- I started sneezing half way through the show. The lack of bathroom facilities is a pain, but I have to admit they have Disney-esque solutions to ensure orderly flow.
One of my least favorite theatres . The raised orchestra section makes you feel like you're in the mezzanine
The lobby is claustrophobic but the theatre itself is lovely.
Very different, it has a modern take to it. Orlando Bloom was great, a few great shakespearean actors...
A beautifully maintained theater that's presidential and perfect for Hamilton
Mezz seats are cramped but the view is great, even from the sides.
Hamilton ! Phenomenal. Beautiful stadium style seating in this theater .
The seats in the theatre seem to need improvement. It’s super cramped and small. I couldn‘t even move my feet throughout the performance .
Theatre is crazy cramped but Hamilton was amazing.
Wonderful Hamilton performance in the most uncomfortable seats ever. No space for your knees, feet, elbows.
Theater is run down but showing best musical I've seen in a while. Not to be missed "Hamilton "
My mom is taking me to see this play after all what I went through with my breast cancer survey. Good to go out and see something different
Hamilton was more than I'd hoped for. So good!!
Excellent love it love the Theatre .
Pay attention to the bathroom locations - there's a serious scrum during intermission when trying to get across the lobby to them.
Extremely tight seats so be prepared to get to know your neighbor and no real leg room. Go to the bathroom before the show or after.
Seats are a bit small but I saw Hamilton so everything else is irrelevant. Go see Hamilton .
Nice theater but shittiest seats ever
It is kind of Hollywood version of a musical but amazing casting and set design!
No words can describe this bomb of a musical. In one word, the show is PERFECT. - Georgie Castilla
Beautiful theatre with a great technical set up. Even the last row of the top balcony didn't feel like a bad seat. - Maddie Collins
Partial view from the Mezz is pretty good and worth the cheaper price. Don't get partial view Orchestra tickets - Matthew Hunter
Always my favourite place to be when I am in NY. Love the dynamic. - Atika Al-Bimani
Very tasty and large portions! Great stop for a meal after a Broadway show. - Dee
