If you decide to have a movie marathon and watch two films in one day don't book online . The ticket collection point gets confused and you end up having to queue to get it sorted.
Disabled toilet door is very heavy making it difficult to push open and get out again if you're in a chair or have a walking aid. That's if you can get in to start with.
If you love cheese let it drizzle on top of your popcorns ....ask the guy on counter to use nachos cheese ... Heavenly combination

Fairly standard multiplex , but the seating & AV facilities are good & it seems to have a more relaxed vibe than it used to.
As staff , we know the prices are expensive , it's not our fault. Arguing over anything won't get you anywhere. You could need ID for a 15, so don't cry when you don't get in! And please don't be messy!
If you have kids then the 10.30 showing on Saturday is £1.75 for any age, including adults. Bargain!
If a film says 19:20 showing then it actyally doesn't start until roughly the following day

There's a costcutter shop near for cheap munchies when everything else is closed. Go up the road (s) opposite the Fitness First sign/Gregs/Netto car park .

All of the seats are so uncomfortable and the popcorn tastes stale. The picture and sound on the screens are good though.
Bring your own snacks and drinks if you wanted to avoid paying over inflated priced. That's how these places make their huge profits

Use the self service machines at the entrance to avoid the queues and save some time.
