For all the Europeans missing good German bread in Singapore: this is your place: Vollkorn, Rye , Spelt, they have it! Bit too dense but the best bread I found so far in Singapore!
This bakery is amazing - bread is delicious and sandwiches are great (around $8). Plus they're open until 8pm so you can grab a sandwich after work - perfect!
Fresh hearty bread with humble ingredients that come together in a delish sandwich - try the Chicken Mushroom , or Salami with guyere cheese
