Broken rice is da bomb... Bun bo hue is quite good too.

They use packaged noodles . The broth of the pho is pretty good, but the tripe is very fat (60% of it is pure fat), and the meat balls taste off.

The vietnamese place next door, Okay Restaurant is definitely way better. Tra Vinh is slightly cheaper (1-3$ cheaper), but the food is nothing special. Okay Restaurant is a better choice. - @iamMariza

Absolute disappointment. The beef pho noodles were pre packaged noodles and the broth was meh. Would have expected more for a place that was rated this highly.
