This Starbucks is slower than others, HOWEVER if you’re a regular, they’ll put in your order when you walk in the door #WORTHIT!!

This location is busy but has the nicest, coolest baristas and a pretty clean environment. I think it's the best location in the city !

Open for the morning rush and not a huge wait like the one in NY Penn. Well organized , they have someone taking orders from people as they wait in line to pay.

It's convenient because it is so close to work, I can get out of the work atmosphere for a while. Service is fast and efficient.

Love the service I get every morning from Troy at the warming station. He knows I love my spinach squares!

This Starbucks is always full of complainers. I like to hit up the adjacent wine store to clear my head afterwards.

Love this staff . They make it feel like a local neighborhood coffee shop .

The Frappuccinos are just awesome, unfortunately I can't say the same about cappuccino and hot chocolate ... these tastes like bath hot water blended with whey

Love the renovation - particularly the subway benches and tole. Very NYC.

The girl held her hand out before telling me the amount. No eye contact, and more concerned her coworker didn't get a chance to finish his breakfast . Even after I said thank you, still no response.

Cool design. Staff was friendly , despite being busy.

Worst Starbucks. It's unfortunately the closest one to work. Can't make a cappuccino (always ends up being a latte because they don't steam the milk enough), often run out of milk and they are RUDE.

Do NOT expect to find outlets (for phone, computer, etc). There are NONE. Not one single outlet. This Starbucks does not want you to stay for long periods. In and Out. No relaxing here :(

By far, worst Starbucks ever. Recent renovation doubled the space but no improvement. Poorly organized , long lines , slow service. In here 3x/week for the last nine months and just doesn't get better.

Worst one I've been to. The guy didn't know the price of something, kept telling me it was there, it wasn't. He then proceeds to take the next order while I stand there waiting. Super rude

The staff is super rude. One staffer calls me sir cause I have short hair n come in w. my gf, and when corrected she doesn't stop. Rude and homophobic avoid at all costs.

horrible experience almost 15 minutes for a stupid bland watery strawberry smoothie . 6 customers got their orders before me.

Crappy place. Looks like its still under construction .
