Homemade Apple pie fresh from the oven. I am in heaven right about now. Oh boy, yea, what can I say this hit the spot. Max's is so excessive...Really Max!

Large portions , good service (thanks Shawn - sp?). The burger and Mexican caipirinha were great, but I’m sure other stuff is too.

Just had the 1 lb Bacon Cheeseburger & fries . Followed that up with the "Foursquare special"...the Ultimate Chocolate Cake ...holy crap I'm going into a very happy food coma. ???????? DeFrickinlicious!

This was absolutely super. Great selection of drinks and food, huge portions and an unsurpassed "New York Cheesecake".

We've dined at Max's Restaurants for decades. We've probably enjoyed 500+/- meals. Burlingame was a huge disappointment yesterday. It's not the same food. Be careful.

Ask to sit over in the section where the pianist plays (if you enjoy lounge music ).

Go for the Carnegie! 20 oz of delicious corned beef on rye ... A sight to behold!

Take the free special even if you box it for homr. :-)

Meatloaf was terrible. Very strong unidentifable taste. Potatoes and brocolli came out cold. Chicken Pot Pie was excellent.

They cut back on their menu. Classics like the cheesy garlic bread is off the menu . Asked why via email to manager, said low sales. Honestly, the quality has gone down the drain.
