In addition to selling fresh pasta for take home, Baldassarre also offers lunch Tuesday-Friday using their pasta and gelato .
The quality of the lunch pasta itself is high and made in house, but it depends on meat and fat to carry the day. The flavours are honestly pretty uninspired, not bad but pretty boring.
It was impossible to get in this place. There were people in the line waiting to be seated for 2 hours. We were too hungry to wait, so we left.
