Try the sweet tea before you get a full cup. If it's too sweet for your liking fill 1/4 of it with unsweetened. Also, add some lemon . They aren't shy about leaving them out for you.
I've seen one of the female managers yelling at and being mean to the disabled employees on multiple occasions. Complained to HQ. She's still there, still being nasty.
Food? As good as you'd expect. Service? Consistently bad. If you se a heavy set black man at the counter and you're under 50 expect to get ignored.
