Great beach a short drive from Liverpool. Featuring Antony Gormley statues going into the ocean. Amazing to see.
Amazing sunsets but be careful not to get wet. If you try to count the statues , they are 100 in total and all of them male (the mold was Gormley himself)
What an amazing sight. We were there when the tide was going out and slowly the iron men were reveiled. The beach is huge.
It's very calm here
Lovely beach and Gormley 's Another Place is outstanding.
Beautiful views , be aware they charge for parking now although it is very cheap .
Nice beach well worth a day visit
A bit windy but amazing!
The further north you walk the better it gets.
Absolutely worth visiting ????????
Sunny weekdays are the best here. Bringing lunch is also a brill idea. :-)
Sunsets Are great
Well worth it for the Gormley statues alone!
Okay nice beach but a bit muddy as you go further but not recommended Sign posts warn not to go too far. Statues are strange.
