Amazing place! Boat and train rides are included in the ticket. Make sure you spare half a day to see most of the park . Get 2 for 1 ticket coupons from the tourist corner in Cross Iron Mills mall .
Went here and really enjoyed it. Think frontier Disneyland with folks dressed and acting in character. Take the paddleboat ride and check out the farm animals. The horses are very friendly .
I have been there twice because it’s so nice place to be. You go backwards in time, and everything in the park is in the same time, also the people that working there. Very nice.

Get the map, plan it out, and know that boarding for the steamboat is 10 minutes earlier than is noted in the map.
Fun for families, dates, adn couples. Do historical stuff, take a walk, eat and drink at hotel restaurant , bakery , more.
The place is great for kids and adults. As a history buff, I really appreciated the place.
Don't miss out on the 1880s settlement area! Have a frosty beer in Drews Saloon and enjoy this often overlooked area.

These shops out front that are open year-round are awesome. Great Canadiana and classic toys (think tin and wood). Nice little antique store here too.
