I can't speak for all locations but this one is aweful. They always get your order wrong, its dirty and don't bother getting an oreo shake the cookies taste like they sat next to the grill

The menu says the Chili 5 Way has extra beef . I would hate to see if they did not give you extra. I am having a hard time finding any.
Make sure you check your burger for wax paper

Had to leave. How can 10 people see you waiting to be seated and just stand there? The entire staff seemed to be on break
Won't be returning to this store anytime soon. It is dirty and the staff is inattentive and unresponsive.
