Screw the in room drinks at mini bar prices. There is Coca-Cola vending on the 2nd and 4th floor near the back elevators . They're 2.60 and they take Samsung Pay + credit cards.

Air system in the rooms sucks. Can't keep the rooms cool you can only heat the rooms up no matter what settings you select. I prefer a cooler room, not gonna get that this week.

Best staff on the planet! My home away from home.

There are two breakfast lines on each side of the omelet bar on the weekends, so you don't need to want in line .

I had a few hr drive before I checked in, used the digital key, was nice and there was a line for checkin, I just wanted to get to my room. order dinner said 20 min and was great dinner !! great place

We just checked out of here paid almost 200 some dollars and we wanted to swim but front desk said the pool was booked I understand covid is a thing but how can some quest use it and others can't.

Breakfasts are great here & they are free. They make awesome inlets.

A great value : 2 hours of free cocktails and snacks , and a hot breakfast every day. Fun.

Usually like Embassy Suites, but today, May 2, feel cheated. Whole garden atrium under construction and there was no disclosure. Paid $200 for a room that should have been discounted to $75.

Get a room on any side but the west as the light rail run directly outside.

No air conditioning . I'm not making that up.

Overpriced, dated. Housekeeping only left 2 hand towels and 4 towels for 6 women! Rooms need updating. Noisy at night. Managers reception "meh". Pretzels , chips & popcorn . We'll stay somewhere else

Room service isn't worth it. Not cooked properly, everything wrapped in Saran Wrap , expensive . Stay away!

Restaurants are ok, avoid calamari , however.

No free Wi-Fi

Don't bank on the airport shuttle service if you have an early flight. It doesn't start running till 5:30.
