If you're on the Green or Gold level with the rewards card and you're planning to read or get work done in the store, get no bigger than a tall brewed coffee or tea and enjoy the free refills.

Very spacious Starbucks, designed to accommodate all the mobile orders and customers waiting for their orders. Some seating available (hardly ever open, though).

Very busy because of the proximity of 3 hospitals in the area. KC behind the counter rules; remembers everyone's drink day in and day out.

Friendly , fast, top-notch service. Cleanest bathroom in town . One of my favorite locations.

Grab a seat by the window for people watching or a corner seat for studying

Ask for patty.. she gives away free drinks like a bartender.. tip her though! Or she'll slack on da sugar/ whipcream nxt time

Amazing customer service even when they are busy they are very nice!

There's always a huge line , one person working the register and another making drinks. My drinks always end up being half-assed and I have to wait forever.

This is one of the slowest Starbucks in the city . The staff need retaining, the female barista needs to step it up. The line is always ridiculous in the morning. #epicfail

Try the others in the neighborhood if you're in a rush...this one moves SLOW with a long wait just for ice water

This location was renovated and reopened Aug 15th, 2011. Not all that large as half the place seems reserved for morning lines , but clean nonetheless and free at&t Internet.

No one told me to bring a blanket. Store windows are actually frosted bc the indoor ac is on full blast. Why!?

Avoid 3pm shift - too many cooks type of mayhem! Nor is this the shift or barristers to experiment w/off the menu drinks.

Dandy! The staff is nice, convenient since I live in the building.

Ask for the shift Kayse or the store manager Debbie. They do a fine job in treating the customers right.
