I asked fries whitout salt, the cashier added an extra order of fries without salt to my combo and finally gave me both with salt. They went straight to the trash can.
There is always a minimum 15 minute wait for your food here even if there is no one else in line ahead of you.
Service is usually slow, even when there are no lines .

Agree with everyone. Slowest service ever and you never see a manager. Employees just take there time. People who work the register are always the stupidest slow motion people in the place and rude.
