Shrimp & oyster po boy was great! Delicious bread ! No more alligator soup but gumbo was decent. Try the chicken & andouille version for something different. Breading in stuffed artichoke was tasty!
Boiled crawfish was great, chicken parm was huge and very good, gumbo & jersey chicken poorboy were good, fried chicken was ok.
My boiled crawfish was excellent but I got the last 5 lbs ($7/lb) at 7:30 pm after a 30 minute wait for a table so arrive early! The other 3 members of my party had mixed results.
Gumbo was good, lots of meat, and the jerk chicken poorboy was good but the person who ate it said they would have enjoyed roast beef more.
Red Beans and rice is good and the pork chop is yummy and the sausage is good and the chicken breast is good.
Wow! Great job on the clean up! Can't wait to come In warmer weather for the outside tables . And nice new BIG glasses of wine . I'm sold
A great comeback story. All renovated, bright and clean . Give it a try and get the fried green peppers .
The chicken and andouille gumbo is fantastic. At least get a cup of it as an appetizer if you want something else as your entree.
Chicken parm for another member of my party was reportedly delicious!
The authentic crawfish experience (cajun seasoning , spicy !), but the trek there is difficult with the streetcar under construction .
The food, atmosphere and staff are awesome.
Great Crawfish @
Tasty and simple. A little slow but good for an unhurried lunch .
Crawfish boil - big & spicy like it should be! Po'boys good too...
Newly renovated. Delicious food and a wonderful atmosphere.
Great place for football fans!
Gotta love the onion rings ...they're awesome.
Coozy environment. Great seafood and prices
Fried pepper rooms are fantastic!
Fried chicken was OK, not great, and reportedly had an "old frying oil" flavor. Fries were good.
Oyster toast and fried shrimp po boy !!
How do you run out of crawfish ?! And the potato and corn are extra?!
Terrible service. Took our drink order then disappeared for 10 min, had to get them ourselves at the bar . Gave us our check immediately after food arrived - guess they didn't want us to order more.
Fried chicken
Better than it was before!
Great view with incredible views. Old style delicious lakefront dining!!! Highly recommended. - Roy Taormina
Fried catfish dinners, fried chicken, oyster stew, raw oysters, seafood gumbo, fried soft shell crabs, six-layer chocolate cake, and a damn good plate of spaghetti and meatballs. - Men's Health Mag
New favorite restaurant. I am in love with their crab cake pasta and fried oysters. Everything on the menu is amazing. I get Crab cake pasta but ask for red sauce instead of Alfredo, trust me. - Aliyah Dalier
Very laid back environment. Live bands on the weekends at 9pm. Big Steve takes care of you at the bar. Favorite Cigar Lounge In New Orleans. - Dubb Beats
