The staffs are very helpful.

Obviously staff separate their functions & service by department. I was looking for some stuff. So shocked each of them said "not in our department". Excuse me!! are you all in the same homepro?

They are so friendly and helpful... But there are so much of them :/

Carrefour has been changed to BigC extra.

HomePro has the worst customer service on earth. Tons of staff standing around in groups chatting to each other, never trying to help customers.
