The location of the hotel is ideal, very close to Plaça de Catalunya and mainly all the metro stations are around.The room was very nice but make sure to ask for a room facing at the front road .

This is the perfect hotel if you like to shop. It is located a few steps away from the famous Passeig de Gracia.

On of my worst experiences with hotels
Rooms' aircond not cold at all & was sweating most of the time. Wifi connection is unstable; had to connect in the lobby. Reception not friendly ; no service with a smile. Overall, 1* experience.

Lindo hotel en una excelente ubicación, amplias habitaciones , todo limpio y muy buena atención del personal . Ubicación inmejorable en Passeig de Gracia.
Merkeze çok yakın güzel bir hotel ,odalar biraz küçük ama çok sorun etmedim.
Sitio genial. Buena atención por parte del personal , bastante céntrico y alrededor tienes muchos sitios donde desayunar y comer a precios asequibles. Wifi gratis
Me gustaron las habitaciones . Solo que las camas están separadas y no pude dormir con mi pareja cerquita. El resto muy bueno.
Habitaciones amplias y luminosas. Muy bien situado y con buenas conexiones de transporte público . El desayuno buffet más que correcto.

Los gestores de hoteles deberían plantearse dejar de explotar a sus empleados, el estado del parking no lo achaco al personal sino a la calidad en la que deben estar trabajando. No repetiremos.
