We found out about Little Panda a long time ago and have been there many times before finding out about this website. Love the Lo Mein , Orange Chicken , Lemon Chicken , Etc.
They have my boneless rib tip with beef fried rice combo. Closest to the NY style of Chinese food I've found out here.
Very good Chinese food at a good price.
