I waited 15 minutes for an iced coffee because they "forgot". It's true what the other tips say: don't come here if you're in a hurry. On second thought, don't come here at all.

Service is slow. And they forgot to put in my Iced Chai , so I had to wait 15 minutes until I saw I'd been skipped.
