Huge place. Tons of product.

If you're looking for friendly , helpful associates and a good atmosphere - go to Nordstrom !!!!!!!!!

Very bad and slow service. Took more than 20 mins to just process the membership card. And took even longer to verified. Not coming back again even the sales were good.

Rochelle is incredibly helpful with opening a Macy's charge and assisting with the bridal registry!

The evening clutch style purses are not with the regular purses . So intuitive!

If you're going to Estée Lauder, see or ask for Donna.

It is so hot in the store. If they turned the AC on maybe people could shop longer.

They need more people on the sales floor in the shoe section. I'm usually patient with associates but trying on 3 pairs of shoes shouldn't take 45 minutes.

By far is not the best Macy's. But it is okay to grab some stuffs.

The service at the Chanel make up counter is better than my experiences at Chanel in Nordstrom at Easton & Saks at Polaris.
