Slow. Customer service lacks. I could not believe the way they dressed in the junior dept. thought they were customers off the street. Not put together and very unprofessional in dressing.Not friendly
Their Polo department has nothing on Dillard's! And Dillard's has sales on Polo far more frequently than Macy's.. Sorry Macy's!

Customer Service at the Macy's Cumberland sucks! Why does it take 15 - 20 minutes to check out each customer at the Active Wear/Juniors counter? Hate your store! Not shopping it again!
