Make sure to book the big beautiful old rooms on the 1st to 4th floor. Rooms on floor 5 & 6 are new and smaller. Nightly street life will get through the sound-proof windows. Otherwise very nice.

Breakfast is a 10 out of 10! I would also recommend dinner at the restaurant "Bakfickan". The room is in need of refurbishment, but stunning view from the tower room ????

Advantages: Excellent location in the center of the city with delicious breakfast . Disadvantages:Small rooms that are a little bit spooky and scary. They should bring room cleanness to higher level

Clean . Decent location. They change the breakfast hours on Sundays so don't get caught out. Nespresso for breakfast too!

They have pet rooms available for our canine friends. They are not allowed in the restaurant , but you can have a drink in the lobby with them.

Upper rooms should be better, during the weekends is very noisy due to the bars ! Still very centric and nice place to stay!

It's a short walk away from everything, including tram and bus stops . The entrance was a bit tricky to find though.

The rooms om the fith floor are great. Open, light and spacey.

Room 532 is great. Really quiet and nice balcony facing Kingsgatan.

The room was horrible -small, dark and noisy . The wallpaper was awful and can easily give you nausea. Very small bath. The elevator wasn't working and we have to carry our suitcases using the stairs.

Stayed in room 456 for two days in January 2014. It was too cold in the room. Draught from the window. The heating of the floors in the bathroom didn't work. The radiator in the room was barely warm.

Avoid room 102. It's really noicy, facing the court yard. The staff know this, they recomend ear plugs!

Rum 312 med ett stort burspråk mot Birger Jarlsgatan är rymligt och fint. Hotellet är mycket vovve-vänligt!
