Holiday Inn Middletown-Goshen

Good rooms, staff , & facilities. Soho Grille walkable across the road , excellent menu, a big plus. This HI is the best value in Crystal Run area of Middletown.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, restaurant food is good and very inexpensive (free kids and $4 off per adult with stay), front desk, management, wait staff excellent. Room nice & comfy . A+++

Their German restaurant does an amazing pirogi, with perfectly cooked Red Cabbage .

Use the restaurant only if you need to drink a lot and don't have a DD. The food is bland and VERY under seasoned. It will taste better after 5 or six drinks.

The maintenance Guy used our trash bag as a glove and unplugged the toilet . He then put the garbage bag back into use in the trash can.

Oh yes and the corridors stink of smoke even by the non smoking rooms.

Bring air freshener, rooms smell like they have been closed up since the 50's.

Not the best Holiday Inn . Rude and indifferent male receptionist and poor wifi .
