I love this gym the treadmills have a place I connect ur ipod or u can watch tv ! I have my own headphones but they do have some u can use. It's ur choice & people always very nice!
All depends on how many ships are inport. It is always busy after 2:30.... weekends are ok!
Clean , lots of equipment. There us a track upstairs and pool. 1245 is best time to go.
The new summer hours are very short . Pool time is best earlier in the morning for dependents because everyone else is at work
