STOP asking if I am in your club. YOU should be giving complementary memberships. The interaction with the sales person would be much more engaging. This has been decades of this unfriendly service.

Found out the hard way that you can't use a Starbucks gift card at the cafe inside this B&N store.

They did away with the comfy seats T_T but it's like the only bookstore in town .
