Service here is as good as any other place. Almost never crowded when I am here. Always the best place to rest after a big meal of hot pot !
If you want one of the green coffee stirrers they hide them and you need to ask for them. Apparently Starbucks doesn't make enough money to simply give them to you anymore like they used to.
I go here all the time on the way to work. The service is always friendly , they never mess up my order, and orders are served promptly.

If you like the chai tea lattes , try it with the loose leaf tea bags instead of the liquid chai they normally use.
