Facilities are clean , comfortable and very well kept. They provide mats but it cost £1.50 for a towel. Teachers and staff are so lovely. They have good deals but are also on Classpass.
Excellent workout but bloody hard work! Lovely place though- girls changing room way too small though!
The room is heated via a hot uncarpeted floor, it's like slowly grilling your brain each time you lie down! :-(
