Great inexpensive place to have a swimming party weekend. Place is well-maintained and the crowd is fairly tame. Mostly families and kids go here.
Dont judge the book by its cover they say.. This resto may look so dusty and old outside but they got delisyoso food with a good affordable price ! :)
We always eat here during the late 80's and early 90's on special occasions . We never fail to include fried lumpia , and chicharon bulaklak in our order, plus a takeout of their sweet and sour sauce.
A great restaurant institution in the city . Try thwir calamares , buttered chicken , and pata tim ! Super delicious!
Pata Tim ! Cecile's is a Las Piñas landmark . Nice food at good prices.
Brings back the good old 90's. The food is still great and service is superb!
Buttered chicken with sweet and sour sauce is really yummy
Love this resto...good food good price...kinda old looking simply because it is old.

Crispy pata , cecile's chicken
Try their Asado Halo-halo!
Stay away from this roadside joint. The place smells old plus everything looks dusty if you're here for a reception. Badly needs a renovation!

New choices of food compared to whats available in all SM. Spacious and clean food court. I just hope it stays that way even aftera few years. - Paul Aguirre
