When you use the B line (drive thru ) pull up lined up with the door, not the driveup window. They're not going to use the window for you. There's even a B on the ground to guide you. Pull up to the B.
If you want chicken strips , consider the chicken bites . It's common to get some strips that have been sitting in their warming area for awhile, but all the bites are made to order and smoking hot.

In the past 6 months or so this location has really gone downhill as far as service, accuracy, and just plain old being prepared for customers, especially at breakfast and the lunch rush.
Bacon-cheeseburgers are great here and French fries .
