Free Wi-Fi with decent speed, helpful staff , nice bathrooms and towels, two minute walk from the subway. Mostly indian/middle eastern restaurants around. Gave us power adapters to use during our stay

Clean comfortable and for central London really spacious rooms . Good price/performance ratio. Rooms are equipped with a coffee machine and tea maker.

Good value for the money. The hotel is next to the metro station in zone 1, so location is really good and is not that expensive for overpriced London. Rooms are clean and breakfast is realy good.

I kike this hotel . Interesting location, quite comfortable and always clean . The 2 guys at the bar (Lane Bar ) make you feel welcome.

Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and tidy and the hotel was generally the same also.

All rooma do not have a fridge so ensure to ask explictly for a room wid one if you intend to stay longer. View great from 6th floor...

Great hotel for the money, perfect location for amazing food. Stay on upper floors for amazing view .

Stay on an upper-floor room if you can. The top is all shiny-renovated and modern, while the lower floors are tired and old with uncomfortable beds. Same price, too.

Just one remark, for a 4* hotel you shouldn't need to pay for a warm breakfast .
