Best place to have a Dirty Chai or a Black Passion tea , love the lights outside and a great place to waste a couple hours with friends. Bring cash though cause you have to spend $4 to use card.

Outside in the shade is a wonderful peace of heaven. Careful or you'll fall asleep.

DO NOT GO HERE! the owner is extremely disrespectful and thinks the building is his kingdom. some of the frozen “coffee ” drinks aren’t even made with espresso .

Buy a pound of coffee , get a free drink. They're full pounds vs. the 12 oz bags at the grocery store . Yirgacheffe is worth the premium, btw.

The service here is excellent. Better than the chandler location!

They close at 11pm but will let you stay till midnight.

You can get an extra shot of espresso in most espresso drinks for free, if you ask.

The sign in the bathroom reads, " Next time your in Chandler ..." It really bothers me. Otherwise, this place has nice coffee .
