I'm sure just by the look alone you have to try the drunken coconut ,but an even better drink was the Pussy Galore.I found the jerk wings quiet tasty also.

Nice classy restaurant that have variety of drinks. Not too many options for food, but definitely a place to visit once. Happy hour is buy 1 get 1 free every weekday

The staff here is DANGEROUS. After being there 5 minutes security came up behind us and put my friend in a full nelson without a word. They are scary and create an unsafe atmosphere for everyone.

Free pool, good beer selection , bartenders with gold teeth. can be a bit of a scene Thursday-Saturday but what bar in the east village isn't.

A cut above its undergrad neighbors, but still quite busy and relatively affordable . A good spot for a large group to have a lively gathering

This place is somewhat true to the Jamaican theme. They have the brand of citrus soda , ginger beer and rum that I actually had while in Jamaica. And of course, Red Stripe.

Great bar that's tucked upstairs. It does get very crowded on the weekends so I would come earlier just to score a table.

Decor and drinks are awesome here. Witnessed a guy who didn't tip after running up $100 tab get called out by the bartender . My tip: Tip your bartender , they are amazing!

Don't be put off by the (arguably) tasteless awning. Inside this place is cozy , warm and relaxed. The sliders were a nice snack too.

Bit divey, but a nice roomy area for larger groups. Fun tropical cocktails and good selection of snacks .

Palomita is ???? my fav bar in the city . Just wish some of the bartenders put a smile on every once in awhile

Never too crowded and great happy hour specials . Food "looks" great too but can't vouch...never tried it. Great date spot !

A girl apparently had said he grabbed her (he's gay) and had they asked us to leave like civilized humans we would have. Even after they wrestled him to the ground (obvi we were surprised and sacred)

Super nice inside. Spacious calm bar , with an outside area and pool tables .

Feels like a quick trip to Cuba and back. Sip a bourbon and enjoy some live music by the lookout windows over the avenue when it's not packed.

They have a nicer pool table and window seating that gives a good view of Second Avenue. Not a bad choice but can get overcrowded.

The fries are cooked perfectly, crispy with seasoning and a delicious aioli sauce .

What's not to love about cocktails that come in coconuts !

Kind of speakeasy-ish since the entrance looks like you're going into an apartment . And for some reason it's also James Bond themed.

Packed on the weekends, much more like a chill lounge on weeknights.

They didn't ask us to leave, they just physically threw my friend out. If you look on other sites you will see this isn't out of the norm for them to rough up their patrons bc they feel like it.

The place for over-invited birthday parties. Cool decor though...
