They have useful maps in this store that customers don't know about. Very helpful to find what you need when there's no workers to be found.

There those that have not been trained to rent tricks because they normally work departments not the service desk no one is perfect if you have the patience you can get helped in getting the truck !

Sonia the companies we that supply Depot with the pallets charge us for those pallets so Home Depot charges a small fee if you take the pallet but you get that back if you return the empty pallet

Not the best stock to store but the people are very nice and helpful.

@ Sonja the $25 dollars is because the company em we get those pallets from charges is fees more than we charge the customer

First Depot that wanted to charge me for the wood pallet itself. $25 fee ontop of $229. They must be hurting for money

Agree with previous comments - they have no idea how to rent Penske trucks , even with a reservation !

There are no dumb questions ask away if we don't have it I will try and find it or find out who has it

DO NOT attempt to pick up a Penske truck here. They are clueless. Waiting 45 mins for the guy to figure out how to use the computer.
