Had a very good stay here. Friendly service , good breakfast and free (not the fastest) wi-fi. The hotel is close to the city as well !
Very trendy lobby, great location (5 minutes from city center - just 4 metro stops to Grand Place), big breakfast buffet with terrace and bubble bath in room :D (And great weekend promotions!)
This is your hotel to be near the city center for a fair price . They have 1 employee speaking Dutch , but hey, it's a French area so what'd you expect. Minus for the rooms' airco, still stays clammy!
The special offer 'Bubbles in Brussels' is amazing for a week-end evasion in couple!

Functional professional hotel but not a lot of warmth or genuine welcome. Never saw a member of the management team in 3 days. We were on the fifth floor and our bathroom smelt of very bad drains
