Cascabel has tremendous fried chicken tacos and a warm inviting atmosphere. Our cocktails , however, seemed to be missing the booze.
This place is new to Toluca Lake and it's FANTASTIC! Try the hanger steak tacos !
Literally everything is amazing!! Superb tacos , drinks, and fish : it couldn't get any better!
Service was a little spotty and rushed, but cocktails were good and all the food was solid. Plenty of bar seating .
